The Ballet Center Summer Camps
Land of Enchantment - Summer Camps 2017
We will be working on the Land of Enchantment with a different project for each week. Students will design masks, wands, and wings. We will read stories about the land of Enchantment and play dress-up with costumes. We shall explore what is outside in nature to complete these projects.
The older students will draw in their sketch books and learn about light, shading, color and dimension. We will paint with acrylics on canvas boards and stretched canvas. We will learn how to mix our own colors and make our own designs. We will also learn about Pop Art and make our own Pop Art Designs. Guaranteed surprise and lots of fun as you tackle your new art projects.
Ballet classes will be taught in the mornings while the art will take place in the afternoons.
Kyle Ramzig will teach a few Jazz/Movement classes to the full-day students.
