We are honored to host the Vermont Glass Guild’s 10 year anniversary exhibition in the Elizabeth de C. Wilson Museum. The Vermont Glass Guild (VGG) was established in 2010 to unite glass artists living or working in Vermont. The Guild encourages all methods of glassworking: glassblowing, glass sculpting, flameworking, fusing, stained glass, and more.
The guild, over 40 members strong, includes nationally known glass artists who have exhibited in some of the most prestigious venues across the US.

We welcome glass artist Toots Zynsky as the keynote speaker for 2021˚ F: 10th Anniversary Vermont Glass Guild Exhibition.
Toots Zynsky, an internationally renowned glass artist, is best known for her unique filet de verre (glass thread technique). She assisted in the founding and early development of Pilchuck Glass School (WA) and was a key participant in the development of the experimental glass workshop UrbanGlass (NY). She has received numerous awards including two National Endowment for the Arts grants and the 2015 Smithsonian Institute Visionary Award. She was selected for the Corning Museum of Glass’s prestigious Specialty Glass Residency program. Her work is represented in private and public collections worldwide.
